When outside forces gets to you...

Hey, it's September. I have still not reached to a good place when it comes to completion of my portion but my mind in finally in peace. I dint even join any library because later I will have a problem of adjusting at home. I decided yesterday to sit at home and study instead of going to CCD. All these details aside.

I want to talk about "When people screw up your mood". I am a person who gets easily offended. Call me childish but it's the truth. I know it and there's nothing I can do about it( Not that I haven't tried). But I gave up on changing myself or explaining others how to behave around me during my exams. The question here is, "Can you really make someone do anything?" NO, you can't! Today, when I had a disagreement with my mom, I went for a walk. And it was RELIEVING. I am serious. I am on the heavy side so I am not exactly a workout person. So take it from me when I say this, it really cleared up my mind. So from now on, when something bothers me, I will go for a walk.

Also, if you are like me, easily offended, or things that people say or do affects you in biblical proportions, read a book called "You get one shot at life, Aim for success" by Aaron Lumpkin. I know, I know you may not have much time to read the whole book but reading just a few pages will give you a new perspective for now. There's this line I really loved from the book,

"We simply cannot go on being the way we are right now and expect our world to change magically."

All the best.
Love, Pri.

Today, the July 16th

It's July 16th. To be frank it's not my first day of studying. I have done a bit of Audit and Law in the month of February. And recently, started doing DT. I admit, it's not going as I had planned it. I am lagging behind. Like alot. I was suppose to finish my portion by the end of August and I dont see it happening any time soon. I have read and read like a gazillion  articles on "HOW TO START STUDYING" the only one I have liked so far is that of Mr. Ankur Garg on CAClubIndia website (the link is below)

People have been saying on various websites about how to start studying, what to do and what not to do. Some of these tips really makes sense but some of them are bizzare. So theres thjis guy, he must have cleared in 2011, he says you need to wake up at 4 am. I mean, COME ON!! I am not a morning person. Only I know how I have attended my college and classes in morning. Like almost the youth of today's generation, we are Owls. I have a friend who cant sleep before 3 am no matter what for how she has been awake.

Thus I wanna use this blog to write about the problems I will be facing in my journey of CA final.

It's not the end of the world...

I started my CA journey after my 12th. Gave my CPT in December 2008. Cleared it with coaching for just Accounts from a pvt tutor.

Gave my first attempt of IPCC in May 2010. I skipped a few attempts then and cleared in my fourth attempt in November 2012. I had taken JK shah classes and later did a refresh course from Anu Agarwals.

ALOT OF PEOPLE MAY SAY I AM LATE LATE IN CLEARING MY CA, BUT ONLY THE PERSON WHO TAKES TIME UNDERSTANDS THE THINGS THAT THEY ARE HAVE GONE THROUGH DURING SUCH TIMES. MY PARENTS THE MOST SUPPORTING PEOPLE, THEY HAVE NEVER PRESSURIZED ME FOR NOT CLEARING IT ON TIME. BUT WHAT EXACTLY IS THE CORRECT TIME  TO PASS THIS COURSE? THERE'S NONE ACTUALLY. WHEN FEELING LOW OR DEFEATED I ALWAYS REMEMBER MY DADS WORDS ," IT'S NOT THE END OF WORLD." MAKES SENSE DOESN'T IT?
