Hey, it's September. I have still not reached to a good place when it comes to completion of my portion but my mind in finally in peace. I dint even join any library because later I will have a problem of adjusting at home. I decided yesterday to sit at home and study instead of going to CCD. All these details aside.
I want to talk about "When people screw up your mood". I am a person who gets easily offended. Call me childish but it's the truth. I know it and there's nothing I can do about it( Not that I haven't tried). But I gave up on changing myself or explaining others how to behave around me during my exams. The question here is, "Can you really make someone do anything?" NO, you can't! Today, when I had a disagreement with my mom, I went for a walk. And it was RELIEVING. I am serious. I am on the heavy side so I am not exactly a workout person. So take it from me when I say this, it really cleared up my mind. So from now on, when something bothers me, I will go for a walk.
Also, if you are like me, easily offended, or things that people say or do affects you in biblical proportions, read a book called "You get one shot at life, Aim for success" by Aaron Lumpkin. I know, I know you may not have much time to read the whole book but reading just a few pages will give you a new perspective for now. There's this line I really loved from the book,
All the best.
Love, Pri.
